Aloha! We’re Pua and Kara, Co-Owners of fearLESS CPR,
best friends that collectively share over 30 years of experience within the medical field.
We launched fearLESS CPR with a passion to educate
and empower others in providing quality life saving skills
for our loved ones and community.

Founder | Co-Owner
As a founder and Co-Owner of fearLESS CPR,
I bring a high-quality, high-energy and
a wealth of knowledge to our classes.
I am a Paramedic for the City & County of Honolulu EMS with over 20 years of hands-on real-life experience in emergency medicine.
I am also an experienced American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and PALS Instructor.
I love what I do and have a passion for serving others.
I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with all of you!
Kara Tavita
Founder | Co-Owner
As a Founder and Co-Owner of fearLESS CPR,
I bring a high-quality, fun and easy-going
energy to our classes.
I have over 15 years of administrative experience
working with American Heart Association
and the prehospital arena.
I am also an experienced
American Heart Association BLS Instructor.
Building each student's "fearLESS"ness
and empowering them with confidence is so rewarding.
I love teaching and look forward to training
together with each of you.
